Powercut

Anyone else in central London lost power recently? We had a ten minute power cut about 15 minutes ago, and flickgc had Internet problems at the same time. We don't know how widespread it was, but it was at least out whole street, and I heard Underground announcements drifting up out of Green Park tube station as soon as the power was back -- but they're too faint from here to actually be able to tell what they're saying.

I found out from IRC that we had problems becuase South Ken lost power totally.

Yes - we were down for about 10-15 minutes.

Update: LUL reporting that the Bakerloo Line and Piccadilly Circus and Embankment stations are knackered due to power problems. It was pretty widespread -- it's quite a way from South Ken to Embankment. Could be a long slow journey home tonight...

I can report there was no powercut in Leytonstone - but you were kind of expecting that anyway.

I dont know why but the_major seems to get power cuts every week or so.

Yes, we lost all power except emergency door releases in our building, and the building across the road clearly lost power too.
