It is now a criminal offence for any pedestrian to stop walking or leave any stationary object, even for two seconds, on any walking surface that is coloured red. Um....bit of a contradiction, surely? If we link to the damn thing, then people will end up reading (some) of it, nicht wahr? (I started reading it myself, but then gave up because it was so badly written.)
