In Boots at lunchtime in the usual vain search for a decent-looking pre-made sandwich without mayonnaise (or any other sticky goop) in it. But my eye was caught by one sandwich that apparently contains "Welsh rarebit-style mayonnaise". Does anyone have any idea what "Welsh rarebit-style mayonnaise" might be?

Just as well -- I was thinking "beer + mayonnaise," which probably isn't a good thing.
