Not true. Forty and ten seconds is over forty, and belongs in that category. Now, it's true that time appears to be quantised, but if you happened to be filling in the poll in the 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 of a second when you were exactly forty, I'd suggest you just wait a few nanoseconds and try again when you're safely over forty.

On the other hand, 15 minus ten seconds is 14, so "Under 15" does not include 15.
