Picnic

Got home from incy and flickgc's picnic at midnight -- not so late as after the Greenwich one, since tamaranth unaccountably failed to send over another mad American slash writer, as she promised.

Picnic was fun except for unreasonably aggressive flora and fauna. I forgot my camera, but I had the phone, which was the point of getting a phone that takes photos. Mostly took photos of poi -- jhaelan inducted many of us into the inner mysteries.

I have this image of her in a leopard zoot coat and a purple fedora with an ostrich plume, standing on a street corner, surrounded by her bevy of be-atches, calling out to the curb crawlers;
"Hey baby, baby. I got some class A, number one mad american slash here. You looking for a good time?"

It's cheaper to go to China than London. Anyone know what the nightlife is like there?
