They're two cubs of different sizes, not a cub and a parent -- the larger one was a good deal smaller than an adult fox.

Saw a young fox this morning, about 10am, just running through the houses across the street.

Very unusual to see them during the day around here.

Foxes are heard, rather than seen, in the woods behind my flat. I know they're there by their distinctive calls. But try and convince the Housing Association that it's urban foxes raiding the rubbish bins, and not human vandals ...
